Dr. Stangler was honored to deliver a virtual presentation, “Strategies and Tools for Optimal Performance“, to a private cohort of C200 and AccessCircles members. Carolee Lee of WHAM was the moderator. Dr. Stangler’s presentation focused on the science of change and identified actionable practices to foster neuroplasticity and deep learning. She spoke about what makes change so challenging, despite how much we aspire to change and addressed specific interventions for greater success.
